A revision request is accepted free of cost only if it is deemed justified by our internal quality team based on the initial instructions provided by the client before booking the Order. We expect full cooperation on this aspect from our esteemed clients.
Revision of urgent orders or revision of orders with less revision window would not be feasible. Revision deadlines are set by Quality Team of WordVeda and accordingly we communicate the same to our esteemed clients. Whenever feasible, we would try our best to address the revisions within the desired revision timeline. However, the authority of such decisions lies with WordVeda.
Whenever any revision request is placed our internal teams check whether the request is justified as per the guidelines provided with us before booking the services. Also, we check the request based on the actual need to ensure quality parameters.
For non-urgent orders also, a window of 48 hours would be needed to properly evaluate the revision request and to provide appropriate response to the clients.
In case the revision request is found to be “additional” in nature as checked with prior instructions from the client, additional amount will be charged to the client based on feasibility check.
We strive to ensure that we provide the services and deliverables to our clients as per the mutually agreed deadline during the booking process. If the complete task is delivered within that mutually agreed deadline and revision requests come after that, WordVeda would not be liable to meet such revision deadlines unilaterally set from the client side.
In cases where we are directed by any client to make modifications in the deliverables which are found to be “unjustified” or “unnecessary” by our Internal Quality Team and we agree to make such revisions, the client will be fully responsible for the future quality outcomes.
If any client unilaterally makes any changes to the deliverables from our side, the client would be fully responsible for any future quality outcome of such deliverables.
